IMPHAL, July 31: A powerful bomb suspected to be an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded at Chingamathak Manipur College Road near the post of Assam Rifles at around 11 pm today. However, there were no report of casualty in the blast.
The impact of the blast could be felt up to several meters away from the spot. The window panes of some houses got shattered due to the thrust of the blast.
