IMPHAL, July 23: A customer service centre of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) was inaugurated at Canchipur Telephone Exchange in Imphal West district today.
The inauguration was attended by J Ganga, senior general manager of BSNL Manipur, J Lunkim, additional general manager of BSNL Manipur, KK Kundu, deputy general manager (finance) of BSNL Manipur, as the chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
Speaking at the inauguration function, J Ganga highlighted the importance of opening customer service centres at various parts of the state. He stated that the centre will facilitate new telephone registration for landline, broadband, WLL and mobile, issue of new application forms and submission, bill payment, issue of duplicate bill, purchase of pre-paid vouchers and top-ups, value added services and customer grievances of Canchipur Exchange area.
