IMPHAL, July 20: The Communist Party of India, Manipur State Council, held a meeting with the state agriculture Ph Parijat to discuss on the present fertilizer crisis. The minister assured to address the issue by transporting susbtantial quantity of fertilizers from Namrup and Silchar and also taking steps to streamline the grant of subsidy of Rs 100 per bag of fertilizers to the farmers, stated a release.
