IMPHAL July 29: A general body meeting of ‘All Tribal Chiefs Association, Manipur and Confederation of Tribal Chief Association of the five hill districts of Manipur was held yesterday at Tribal Research Institute and formed an apex body called “Tribal Chiefs Forum of Manipur”.
