IMPHAL, July 21: A medical camp was held today at Primary Health Centre, Bashikhong. Nearly 119 persons aged between 1-15 years from Thongju-Pheijaleitong and nearby localities were administered vaccines to protect themselves from the outbreak of Japanese Enchaphilitis. Members of ASHA, anganwadi workers and helpers and volunteers of Students’ Welfare Committee assisted the doctors and nurses of the health centre in carrying out the vaccination of the individuals who registered at the camp.
