IMPHAL, July 20: The Manipur People’s Party (MMP) has condole the untimely demise of its central committee member Mangi Singh of Nambol Phoijing Makha Leikai who expired on July 19, in an emergency meeting convened at the party office chaired by its president Dr. Nimaichand Luwang and observed a two minute silence, said a statement issued by the MMP.
