IMPHAL, July 24: A team of state high level official team led by state special secretary (Planning), Dr. Sajjad Hassan is planning to conduct an official field visit at Chandel district on July 28 to inspect progress of works taken up under the Special Plan Assistance (SPA) and Non Lapsable Central Pool of Resources (NLCPR).
In view of the propose tour, the the state secretary Planning department has intimated all heads of line departments including the DC Chandel to coordinate and accompanied Dr. Sajjad during inspection tour, said an official sources.
The source further informed that Dr. Sajjad will be inspecting the on-going construction of Mini-secretariat, guest house at Chandel district head quarter under SPA, Augmentation of water supply at Chandel district head quarter, installation of 2×12.5 MVA, 132 S/S, Veterinary hospital under NLCPR, upgradation of ring road at Chandel head quarter and upgradation of infrastructure of Chandel college under SPA. The team will also further inspect the Chakpikarong Govt. High school, Augmentation of water supply at Chakpikarong, installation of 2×1 MVA 33 KV S/S at Chakpikarong under NLCPR and any other works taken up under Border Area Development Programme (BADP) and NREGS on the same day.
In the meantime, the official order of the state secretary Planning department has intimated the concerned DC Chandel to coordinate the proposed official filed visit of the state official on the said day.
