IMPHAL, July 5: The Zeliangrong Union (Assam, Manipur, Nagaland), in a press release, has strongly condemned the non-execution of PMGSY Phase VII package no. 642 construction of road from Senapati-Oklong road to Makullongdi village, Senapati and urged the concerned authority to take strict action against the defaulting contractors.
