IMPHAL, Aug 19: The first phase of the study of Annual Status of Education Report (ASER), 2011 will commence in four districts of the state, namely Chandel, Thoubal, Bishnupur and Ukhrul. The study is done by local groups in each of the district. The remaining five districts will be taken up during the second phase of the study.
