NEW DELHI, Aug 3:The MLM Investors Protection Committee,India (MIPCOI) a body consisting of at least two representatives from each states from across the nation held a sit in protest at Jantar Mantar,New Delhi today from 10 am to 2 pm against the Malaysian based UNI GROUP OF COMPANIES (operating MLM schemes like Unipay2u, Visarev, Unigold,Unipay2u International etc.).A morandum was submitted to the Prime Minister, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Finance,Malaysian High Commissioner,MP`s and all political party leaders .The dharna was participated by hundreds of investors coming mainly from Assam, Manipur and few from Tripura, Chattisgarh, Punjab, West Bengal, Chandigarh etc.The main demands in the memorandum to implement a strong MLM Act,Arrest the directors and officials of Malaysian based Unigroup of Companies and take immediate step for the return of investment as committed by the company to the Indian investors and to recoup the money from the Malaysian multinational Company which is a threat to the Indian economy,
