IMPHAL, Aug 26: The House of Manipur Legislative Assembly, in its 3rd day sitting today, has granted leave to introduce the Manipur Loktak Lake (Protection), (Second Amendment), Bill, 2011 which was introduced by the senior opposition MLA, Okram Joy.
