IMPHAL, Aug 17: The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has recently launched a scholarship scheme “Indian Oil Educational Scholarships Scheme” for the students of 10+/ITI, enegineering, MBBS and MBA courses on merit-cum-means basis.
