IMPHAL August 2: The KCP (MC) in a statement by its assistant secretary has stated that the outfit has no hand in the bomb blast at Sangakpham yesterday. The incident is an activity of terrorist who have no value for lives; the KCP (MC) do not carry out actions which could harm innocent public, it stated. The incident is condemned by the outfit and the public should raise voices in unison against such dastardly deeds.
In another separate release by the outfit, the KCP (MC) and the Kangleipak Feengang Lanmee (KFL) has greeted the public on its 4th Raising day. Carrying the message of the central security council, the release mentioned that the state has suffered due to the colonial yoke. Mentioning historical events, the outfit stated that the struggle for independence will be intensified. It further congratulated the unification of seven outfits under a common administrative unit.
