IMPHAL August 16: The 7th memorial observance of Pebam Chitaranjan was held today at Takhellemba Leikai.
Students paid floral tribute to the memory of Chitaranjan who immolated himself in demand of repeal of AFSPA.
A rally was carried out by students from Takhellembam Leikai till Thau ground and a meeting was held at the venue. The observance was organized by the Manipuri Students Federation.
