Sadbhavana Diwas celebrated at Kumari Wood Stalk School Monsangei

    IMPHAL, Aug 20: Like celebrations in other parts of the state Sadbhavana Diwas the birth day of the then Prime Minister of India, late Rajiv Gandhi was celebrated jointly by the Nehru Yuva Kendra and Sun Club, Mongsangei at the premises of the Kumari Wood Stalks School, Mongsangei this morning.

    The day was celebrated by the organizing committee by keeping the objectives to maintain and promote communal harmony, national integration and peaceful co-existence among the youths of the state as followed by the then Prime Minister of Indian, late Rajiv Gandhi.

    During the formal celebration of Sadbhavana Diwas this morning Khomdram Ibopishak Singh was attended as chief guest and function was presided over by Thoudam Sharat Meitei, and the main celebration started with the paying of floral tributes to the portraits of late Rajiv Gandhi former Prime minister of India by the delegates and local public participated in the celebration this morning and key note address on the celebration Sadbhavana Diwas by L Chitra Devi.
