IMPHAL, Aug 3: A special Imphal west police team headed by Dy. SP (CDO) Imphal west S Ibomcha Singh, MPS and Insp. W Ibocha Singh OC/Narcotic cell, Imphal west was constituted to prevent and control theft of vehicles in the Imphal West district.
In this regard an official order was issued by the Sr. SP Imphal West, L Kailun for the constitution of the said special police team of the Imphal West district.
It may be mentioned that, the district police have been seriously concerned over the ever increasing cases of vehicle theft in the state since the past few months and as a matter of fact, the Imphal west district police as part of preventive measures constituted the said special police team to prevent and control theft of vehicles in the district.
