IMPHAL, Sept 7: All Manipur Bar Association has strongly condemned the terrorist attack outside the gate of Delhi High Court complex this morning at around 10.30 am in which 11 people were killed and around 62 persons injured.
According to a release such act of terrorist is an act of barbaric and should be punished the perpetrator and should also viewed it very seriously by the International forum to combat the terrorist act in India and other parts of the world, and UN should view the dastardly act at the earliest.
