IMPHAL September 28: On the topic “Is economic blockade the only means to achieve one’s demand”, the Royal Academy of Law, Oinam is going to organize the second state level debating competition in culmination with the 115th birth anniversary of Hijam Irawat which falls on September 30.
UCM president Y Dilipkumar and president of Bishnupur District Bar Kh Kanan Singh will attend as the chief guest and president of the function respectively.
