IMPHAL, Sept 12: Some unidentified persons hurled a hand grenade at the residence of Prof Shekharjit, director of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) located at Singjamei Chingamakha today at around 3:30 pm. However, the grenade failed to explode and it was later recovered by a team of Singjamei Police.
