IMPHAL, September 28: The Manipur State Janata Party in a press release has stated that a central parliamentary board meeting held at New Delhi on September 16 has approved and appointed Manorama Devi as vice president, Kh Ibocha Meetei as vice president, M Manikanta Singh as general secretary and Y Binarani Devi as treasurer of the Manipur State Janata Party.
