IMPHAL September 28: In following the tradition of the All India Students’ Federation (AISF) conducting march past competitions since 1980, the state chapter will organize a competition on September 30 in culmination with the birth anniversary of Hijam Irawat.
A release by the federation states that the competeting contingents should assemble at the Johnstone Higher Secondary School by midday.
