IMPHAL, Sept 28: AICC general secretary Rahul Gandhi will visit the state in October to strengthen the movement for National Students’ Union of India (NSUI). This was stated by NSUI Northeast in-charge, Roy while launching mass enrolment of NSUI membership drive at Congress Bhavan today. The launching programme was also attended by MPCC president Gaikhangam and MP T Meinya.
