IMPHAL, Sept 30: The Thangmeiband Kendra Development Organisation today organized the formation of a women’s forum at the Ima Ibemma Khunthokhanbi Shanglen today.
The programme was attended by Thokchom Ibetombi Devi, national awardee, Khumukcham Joykisan Singh, president TAKDO, Tongbram ongbi Tamphaleima Devi, Yumnam ongbi Thoinu Devi, Major Motimala Ngangom and Laishram Ibemhal Devi attended the function as chief guest, president and guests of honor respectively.
