IMPHAL, Oct 19: All India Youth Federation (AIYF), Manipur State Council, in a release, has appealed to the authorities concerned to reorganize the transport department and ensure utmost benefits to the people. The federation also pressed the transport officials to fix a uniform fare for all passenger vehicles.
