IMPHAL, Oct 2: KT. Vaiphei, IPS IGP (Intelligence) has been appointed as state nodal officer for the purpose of National Security Guard (NSG), RECCEE, familarisation of sensitive locations and possible targets of terrorists of the state.
In this regard an official order was issued by the GDP Manipur very recently.
