IMPHAL October 7: The district magistrate of Imphal west has clamped 144 Cr.P.C in the district from 6 pm of today untill further orders. Persons who want to take out processions for marriages, funerals and religious purposes within the scheduled area must apply to the district magistrate for permission, stated an official order.
