IMPHAL, Oct 1: The state excise department has collected revenue of Rs. 3,82,44,523 from April to August during the current financial year 2011-12.
The excise department is keeping a target of collecting Rs. 600 lakhs in this financial year. It has collected Rs. 83, 71,550 during April, Rs. 72,50,015 during May, Rs. 78, 61,931 during June, Rs. 81,73, 722 during July and Rs. 65,85,306 during August this year.
