IMPHAL, Oct 19: The health officer of Imphal Municipal Council has advised the people to buy only those sweets and eatables which are properly covered and kept in hygienic condition for the upcoming Diwali and Ningol Chakkouba festivals. It also urged the stall owners to comply with the rules of Manipur Food and Eating House By-laws and Manipur Prevention of Food Adulteration Act and Rules.
