IMPHAL, Oct 3: Maj Gen Binoy Poonnen, VSM, GOC Red Shield Division has extended warm greetings to the people of Manipur on the occasion of Dussehra “We pray to the Almighty to shower his blessings on Manipur to bring peace, harmony and prosperity” he said in a statement.
The GOC also wished that the Dussehra herald a new dawn, bring fresh hope and promise and everlasting peace in all parts of the State.
