IMPHAL, Oct 22: Japanese Hospital Manipur has invited the Prime Minister of Japan, Yoshiniko Noda to visit Manipur and inspect the site for the construction of Japanese 2nd World War Victims Memorial Hospital Trust Manipur at Khabeisoi and other places of interest, stated a release.
