IMPHAL, Oct 31: Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) will organize a five-day photo mela on the development works of SPF government from November 1 to 5 in connection with the observation of Information and Public Relations Day which will be observed tomorrow with IPR minister TN Haokip as the chief guest and IPR commissioner L Lakher as the president.
