IMPHAL, Oct 2: All Manipur Nagar Panchayats and Municipal Councils Elected Ward Development Committee Members’ Welfare Association, Manipur will launch relay hunger from October 3 urging the state government to fulfill the demands as per the assurance given by the Chief Minister. The new office bearers of the association have also been elected with A Kumar as the president and Ch Shyamchandra as the general secretary, stated a release.
