LAMKA, October 19: In the first of its kind in Churachandpur, the District Level Water & Sanitation Committee, DSWC, organized a total sanitation campaign under the code name Swatchhta Utsav today from about 11 am at Synod Hall during which the importance of maintaining proper sanitation with a clean surrounding was emphatically stressed.
The occasion was participated by CCpur ADC chairman Langkhanpau Guite, DC CCpur Jacintha Lazurus IAS and L Swamikanta Singh director, CCDU, Manipur as chief guest, president and guest of honor, respectively.
