IMPHAL Oct 24: On 23 October,at about 6:00 PM, a civilian named Kh Boy, 18 ,a resident of Keinou Bishnupur, was brought by the villagers to the Dressing Station of Logtak Brigade under Red Shield Division. He was bitten by a poisonous snake. The individual was immediately resuscitated with life saving drugs and anti snake venom and was discharged, a PIB release states.
