IMPHAL, Oct 1: The president of Manipur People’s Party (MPP), Dr Nimaichand Luwang, in an office order dated September 30, 2011, has revoked the suspension of Andro MLA Th Shyamkumar from the primary membership of the party with immediate effect, stated a release of MPP.
