IMPHAL, November 10: The state government has ordered a major reshuffle of IAS/MCS/Jr. MCS officers of the state recently.
According to an official order of the department of personnel and administrative reforms, Ameising Luikham,IAS (MT: 1981) on return from central deputation has been posted as pr.secy.(RD & PR/TD & Hills); W.L. Hangshing, IAS (MT:85) has been newly posted as Pr.Secretary/PHED/MOBC & SC and Member Secretary State OBC Commission from his earlier post of pr. secretary (PHED); Dr. J. Suresh Babu, IAS, (MT: 1986) pr.secy.-edn-S/SCERT/forest&env as pr. secy (edn-S including SCERT & Adult Edn/Forest & Env.); Binod Kispotta, IAS (MT: 1987) Com.(home, DP, TD&Hills) as commissioner (home&DP); J.C. Ramthanga, IAS,(MT:1989) commissioner-MOBC/MI/DE&Com/Hort&SC & member secretary, EBADA,BRVDB as commissioner-DE/Hort&SC & member secretary, EBADA &BRVDB; L.
