IMPHAL November 9: The Manipuri Students’ Federation (MSF) in a press statement by its publicity secretary Th Shyamsunder has alleged that BOSEM officials may not meet the deadline of providing text books to the students for the new academic year.
It has stated that the printing of the books should be completed by January 2012 and the education minister and other concerned officials should take the matter seriously to meet the deadline or they would be held responsible by the MSF. Furter , it said that there was gross negligence of the BOSEM authorities as the text books for the academic year 2011 was not procured till August, whereas it should be made available by March.
