IMPHAL Nov 10: The PREPAK (Pro) in a statement signed by its senior publicity officer, Boby Mangang refutes the claim of the state police force that one Hawaibam Meghachandra, 55, s/o Oman Singh of Lilong Chajing Mairenkhong who was arrested on November 5 is a cadre of the outfit. It has stated that the person is not related to the outfit in any manner and is a fabrication of the police force.
