IMPHAL, Nov 4: The Rabi Campaign, 2011 under INM and IPM was organized by All Manipur Progressive Farmers’ Association (AMPFA) and Nongchup Imphal Loumee-Sinmee Chaokhat Thourang Lup, Imphal West under the sponsorship of state agriculture department at Tairenpokpi Village today.
