IMPHAL, Nov 12: The commissioner tourism KK Chhetry today flagged off the second leg of pre- festival promotional campaign of the Manipur Sangai festival from Imphal hotel. the campaign is jointly organized by the Royal Riders Manipur and the tourism department. Altogether 50 bikers will ride to Ukhrul district during the second led campaign.
The first leg of the campaign was held on October 31 covering the districts of Imphal west, Bishnupur and Churachandpur.
