IMPHAL, Dec 5: The All Tribal Disable’s Union Manipur (ATDUM) in collaboration with SSA, Chandel and district social welfare, Chandel conducted “World Disabled Day” on December 3 at Maha Area Chief Association (MACA) Hall, Panchai.
The function was graced by Chandel MLA, Thangkholun Haokip, Chetaranjan Singh, Deputy Commissioner-Chandel as functional president and S. Wurngam, CEO-Autonomous District Council, Ngulkhosei Mate ZEO/district project officer-SSA, M Chaoba Singh district Social Welfare Officer, Chandel and BD Behring Ex-MP as guest of honour respectively.
