IMPHAL, Dec 17: Senior opposition MLA Okram Joy has asserted that the state requires good political system in order to solve the myriad issues confronting the state.
He was speaking at the inaugural function of Awang Naorem Leikai Community Hall and market shed today.
O Joy further stated that many pseudo-politicians have sprung up in the state. They are misleading the people with their money and power accumulated from wrong means.
The entry of power-mongering people has changed the whole political scenario of the state. There is no value-based politics in the state, he lamented.
O Joy also inaugurated MPP branch offices of Langthabal assembly constituency at Awang Naorem Leikai and Kakwa Laiphrakpam Leikai.
