IMPHAL, January 20: The third and final round of election rehearsal for polling officials of Saikul, Kangpokpi and Saitu assembly constituencies will be held at the New ADC office at Kangpokpi on January 23 and 24. The officials have been informed to bring two recent passport photographs for the purpose of issuing identity cards.
