IMPHAL, Mar 22: Maj gen Binnoy Poonnen, GOC Red Shield Division and all ranks of the division has extended their warm greetings to the people of the state on the occassion of Sajibu Nongmapanba.
The Minority Cell, Manipur People’s Party has also greeted the state on the occassion of the Sajibu Cheiraoba.
