IMPHAL, April 4: Md Abdul Nazeer, who was allegedly kidnapped by suspected armed militants on Monday at around 8:30pm from Henbung village of Senapati district remains traceless till date. Contrary to the previous reports as published in several local dailies that the kidnappers are suspected to be NSCN (IM) militants, the Senapati police have expressed suspicion over the involvement of Kuki Revolutionary Army militants in the kidnapping. Abdul Nazeer is stated to be the driver of a truck with regd no MN 04A 07777. He was transporting paper back to Imphal from Dimapur when he was allegedly kidnapped, police said.
