IMPHAL, April 11: The 25th Annual General Body Meeting of the Manipur Library Association, MALA, Imphal will be held on April 22 at the premises of the State Central Library, Imphal at 9 am. Programs including “Felicitation of Karam Shyam Singh, MLA Langthabal (a life member of the Association)” and “Panel Dicussion on Legislation Based Public Library Service in Manipur: Challenges and Opportunities” will also be organized during the meeting, stated a press statement.
