IMPHAL, May 28: Chief Minister O Ibobi will leave Imphal tomorrow for New Delhi to finalize the state plan size for the year 2012-2013.
A cabinet meeting was held at the CM secretariat today. The agenda included review of the traffic norms in Imphal city area among others.
Briefing media at his bungalow, Home minister Gaikhangam mentioned that to remove doubt from the state public in the case of Loitam Richard, the Chief Minister and himself has requested the Karnataka govt. to hand over the case to the CBI.
