IMPHAL, May 30: Pangal Students’ Organization and Minority Muslims Private English School Association are jointly organizing a felicitation program on June 9 to felicitate Md Ismat, who topped in the CBSE exam 2012, Yumkhaibam Md Sabir, who has cleared the UPSC exam ranking 244, and other Muslim students who took positions in the Manipur Board, Council and CBSC exams.
