IMPHAL, May 31: The Japanese Hospital Manipur has submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister urging him to lay the foundation stone of the hospital’s main building.
The same memorandum was also submitted to the state Chief Minister, Union Minister of Health, Union Minister of Agriculture, Union Minister of State RD and PR, MPs of Manipur and First Secretary, Embassy of Japan in India, a statement said on Thursday.
