IMPHAL, May 31: Kangpokpi MLA Nemcha Kipgen today felicitated the top 10 students of the recent HSLC examination of the constituency today at the CC Hall, opposite Brig M Thomas Ground, Kangpokpi.
The programme was organized by Kuki Students’ Organization, Sadar Hills Manipur under the sponsorship of Kangpokpi MLA, Nemcha Kipgen.
Speaking as the chief guest of the function, MLA Nemcha Kipgen expressed her pleasure over the performance of the students of the constituency.
The MLA while congratulating the students said without an aim no one can achieve their goal.
She also said, “Students are the future of the society, don’t try to cheat or use unfair means during examination but study hard with dedication and sincerity to become a respectable person of the society”.
Nemcha Kipgen further advised the students to relate to their books as friends and appealed to the teachers, parents and guardians to guide the students along the right path.
The felicitation was also attended by the gram panchayat members, Kangpokpi Baptist Church pastor, and principals of several schools of the Kangpokpi area.
